Ballooning is always an adventure. We arrived at the launch site and after setting off several pibals discovered we had a flat tire on the chase vehicle. Fortunately we parked very close to an area where we could launch. As I found out later changing the tire became its own adventure. It was a beautiful slow night that became even slower as the flight progressed. I ended up landing on a fairway on a golf course and we were able to move the still inflated balloon to the parking lot for pack up. Thanks to my crew, Matt and his crew and Kim and Adam for their assistance. Thanks to our Maggie for her faithful support.
